Who Can Apply
Any foreign adult or Chinese who has obtained permanent residence in a foreign country.

Conditions
1. He shall invest not less than HK$6.5 million in realty or blue chip stock or deposits in Hong Kong for 7 years.

2. His net worth has been not less than HK$6.5 million for the past 2 years.

3. He can support himself and his family without relying on the proposed investment, employment or government.

4. He has no criminal or other adverse records.

Visa
Upon investment, he and his family will be allowed to reside. He will be allowed to work and his spouse and aged under 18 children allowed to study. Permanent residence or unconditional stay will be granted after 7 years.
